Miami University Student Athlete Development Center

Head Strength Coach, Miami University
One of the three Miami projects completed by Joel Leider and Pam Scott, this athletic training facility and academic support center is designed to reflect the Georgian architectural style of the beautiful Miami University campus. A flexible design allows Student Development Center spaces to be used for game-day receptions for guests of the University, and the rotunda/lobby showcases Miami University’s rich athletic tradition. Miami University counts the Student Development Center as a significant asset to its athletic recruiting efforts and expects its aesthetic character to have great positive impact on those who approach, enter, and use the building.
Key Program features of the Student Development Center include a Strength and Conditioning Area, Informal Study Lounge, Computer Lab, Large Study Room and a Multi-Purpose Meeting Room.
