University of South Florida Athletic Facility Master Plan Update

South Florida
The rapid growth of the university’s enrollment and its recent athletic success as part of the Big East Conference are advancements that must now become manifest in its athletic facilities.
"SportsPLAN Studio comes highly recommended from others in their industry to help us with the specialized aspects of planning."
- Doug Woolard, AD,
University of South Florida

"I worked with these people several years ago on one of the premiere sports facilities in the nation. I know they can do a good job for USF."
- Bill McGillis,
Associate AD University of South Florida

SportsPLAN Studio was invited in May 2007 to help the University of South Florida prepare for a significant upgrade of its athletic facilities within the framework of its 2006 comprehensive campus master plan. We are currently working to document program requirements and studying alternatives for the siting of new and improved athletic and intramural sports facilities.

At the conclusion of these broad scope planning efforts, SportsPLAN Studio has developed design/build criteria packages for eight individual projects. In this phase of the work, we have prepared detailed program documents, performance criteria, outline specifications, conceptual design drawings, project schedules and estimates of cost.
